Terms of Service

These terms describe how WipeNet (WN.DMCA) provides its services. By contacting us and paying for the work, you agree to them.

1. What we do

We help find and remove photos and videos published without your permission:

  • we search for copies on websites, forums and archives;
  • we prepare and send DMCA requests to website owners, hosting providers and search engines;
  • we work with Google Search results and Google Images;
  • we deal with face-search services and fake accounts on social media.

We are not a law firm: we do not give legal advice or represent clients in court.

2. Rights to the content

By contacting us, you confirm that you own the rights to the materials or act on behalf of and with the consent of the rights holder, and that the information you provide is accurate.

The client is responsible for any inaccurate information. If we have doubts about the rights to the content, we may decline the work.

3. How the work goes

  • you message us with your usernames, platforms and example links;
  • we consult you and assess the scope of work for free;
  • before starting, we agree on the scope and the price;
  • after payment, we start the work;
  • as the work goes, we send updates: what has already been removed and what is still in progress.

4. Price and payment

Payment is one-time, for an agreed scope of work — not a subscription. Plan prices on the website are indicative: the final price depends on the scope and complexity and is agreed with you before we start.

New materials and tasks outside the agreed scope are estimated separately.

5. Results

Removal decisions are made by website owners, hosting providers and search engines, so we cannot guarantee the removal of every publication or specific timeframes. We do not promise that the materials will never appear online again.

6. Post-removal support

For 6 months after the work is completed, we help with re-uploads free of charge.

  • if the same materials we worked on in your order appear again — on the same or any other website — send us the link and we will handle their removal free of charge;
  • you find and send us the re-uploads: searching for new publications is not part of the support period;
  • new materials (other photos, videos, stream recordings), new accounts and tasks outside the original order are estimated separately.

7. Refunds

Before the work starts, we refund the payment in full.

The work is considered started once we have begun searching for materials or preparing requests. After that, the payment is not refunded, as the work is already in progress.

8. Confidentiality

How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy and Non-Disclosure Policy.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. An order that has already been paid is governed by the terms published at the time of payment.
